The Sulle Zanzibar Tours is a small, local team based in Nungwi, on Zanzibar’s north coast. Every trip is run by people who live here and know the island inside out. Meet the people who’ll look after you:

Managing Director: Suleiman Al Muhsin alias Sulle founded The Sulle Zanzibar Tours and still meets many of our guests himself. Travellers often mention him by name in their reviews. This is for his warmth, reliability and local knowledge. “I was born in Pemba, Kangani which is another beautiful island. A household of 15 siblings. I learnt from early on that life is competitive. In Africa, we have a lot of nature to showcase to the world. This is why I started this company. To give people unforgettable experiences.”  

Tour Guides: Our guides know the reefs of Mnemba, the sandbanks of Nakupenda, the streets of Stone Town and the spice farms inland. They share the stories behind each place and make sure everyone in the group has a great day.

Drivers: From your airport pickup to your last hotel drop-off, our drivers are punctual, friendly and safe. They know every road on the island, from Nungwi and Kendwa to Paje and Stone Town.
